According to finance and taxation【2013】No. 37 published by ministry of finance and SAT (State Administration of Taxation), from August 1^st 2013, business tax of transportation industry and part of modern service industry will be replaced with vat for for all over China. In addition, the document also adjusted taxing policy of early experimental units and explicitly abolished the experimental policy since August 1^st 2013. As is stipulated in finance and taxation【2013】No. 37, any unit or person who's providing service in transportation industry and part of modern service industry as a VAT taxpayer must pay VAT and additional tax in accordance with law. With the tax reform in Beijing, SALCO has now become a general taxpayer who has to pay VAT and additional tax, therefore, SALCO respectfully inform all customers that from August 1^st 2013 SALL will collect VAT and additional tax (the rat is 6.83%) besides the service charge in accordance with national tax reform policy.
