The second shipment of Malaysia PSSB pelletizing project despatched from SHANGHAI Port on 16th Jan 2013. Due to the heavy harbour congestion in KEMAMAN Port, both sides agreed to replace the switch the discharging port to Port Swettenham after negotiation. The cargo was carried by vessel MV.FU XIN SHAN and about 8500FT in all.
